They say that 'absence makes the heart grow fonder'. But some situations/people are worth clinging on to. There are certain connections in your world that you care so deeply about, it's no wonder you want to keep them close. No matter how much you care though, you can't force anyone to do what they don't want to do, or to change.

You can encourage and cajole but ultimately, we all respond better when we're allowed the freedom to be ourselves. Taking an occasional step back in 2024, gives you the confidence to trust someone. And if you use the amazing energy you invest into caring about other people into your own wellbeing, you'll flourish. And so will those you love.
